Very professional and informative

Holm did a great job services my Enclave. My only negative was that they told me I needed new wipers (all 3 plus labor) for $91.00 because they speared when they turned them on. I opted not to replace them for that price. The next day it rained and my wipers worked perfectly front and back.

When I test drove the car, I told them there was a squeal and rattle in the front tire area. They checked it and said it was fine. I bought it, didn't hear it for about 2 weeks, then went on vacation. I couldn't get back before the 30 day period so I had them check it at my service apt. They said it was a stabilizer rod and it would be $300 OK great just fix it. Once it was fixed, they called Oh sorry it's a strut and it will now cost me over $1000 to fix it. SO YOU FIXED THE WRONG THING....CHARGED ME FOR IT BECAUSE " It PROBABLY need changed anyway" They tried to charge me $465 and sorry....NO....so they took off some charge....not sure really. And now you want me to spend over a grand to fix the real problem. I'm done with you guys. I left so upset and all the guys just stood in the back until I left.

Oil change, tire rotation, and car inspection was preformed without any problems.

Very friendly and courteous throughout the staff and the visit. The work was done very time-efficient.
