I took my vehicle in to the Salina service department without an appointment as it started making some crazy noise while I was in Salina. Josh Sare and the other advisor that I worked with (Theron maybe? I can't remember his name) were very professional and accommodating. They advised me that they were swamped but would do what they could to help me. 20 minutes later they let me know my car was done (there was a rock in the back right brake) and did not charge me for the repair, even though I fully intended on paying for the repair and their time. They never made me feel like it was an inconvenience or trouble. I would 100% work with your service department again.
